主语 + 动词 + 宾语 + 宾语补足语 句型中，常用 it 作先行宾语，真正的宾语为后面的动词不定式或从句。

使用条件

结构：主 + 谓 + 宾 + 宾补
宾语过长：影响到了补语，所以使用it做为形式宾语占位置。

常用这种结构的动词有：find，think，consider，feel，make，keep 等：

People are going to find it difficult to get to work. ^{形式宾语it，真正的宾语to do}
She felt it right for them to arrest the thief.
They consider it impossible to finish the work in three days.

He thought passing the examination easily. 乄	He thought it easy to pass the examination. ✓ ^{他（过去）以为通过考试很容易}
We find learning English well is very important. 乄	We find it very important to learn English well. ✓ ^{我们发现学好英语很重要}
I feel it right that he should be punished. ^{(to do 换从句) 我认为他应该受到惩罚是对的。}
They know it impossible that they will win the match. ^{他们知道他们赢得比赛不可能。}
