Richard and Gary talked about their recent exams. Richard thought that he passed in English and Mathematics because the questions were very easy. However, the English and Maths papers were not easy enough for Gary, so he only hoped that he did not fail. For the French paper, Richard could answer sixteen easy questions, but he could not answer the rest because they were too difficult for him. Gary agreed that French tests were awful, and Richard was sure that he got a low mark. In the end, Gary tried to cheer Richard up with a funny story. He said that the student next to him only wrote his name and then looked at the paper for three hours without writing a word.
