Nigel visited a house for sale and greeted Ian. He entered the house and asked to have a look at it. Ian was a nice man. He told Nigel that he had lived in that house for twenty years, and he had been there since 1976. Ian wanted to sell it because he had just retired and wanted to buy a small house in the country. The house cost £68,500. Nigel thought it was a lot of money, so he could not decide yet, but Ian said it was worth every penny. Nigel liked the house but could not decide yet because his wife had to see it first. Ian replied that women always had the last word!
