There be 句型

在说明或询问人或物等的存在时可用 there be 结构。There be 其实是“be there 的倒装”: A girl is there in the classroom. → There is a girl in the classroom. 表客观存在^(有)。用于强调、陈述事实或介绍场景。

There be + n.＋介词短语 ^{(出现频率 90%)}

一般现在时	一般过去时
There is a girl in the classroom. There is still some honesty in this world. There’s a bus coming, but it’s full. ^{(There be + n. + doing)} There is a girl crying in the classroom. ^{(There be + n. + doing + 介词短语)} There’s a man at the door. It’s the postman. ^{用 it 或人称代词作进一步说明}	There was a girl in the classroom yestoday. There were some books on the table. There were some people rowing on the river. There were hundreds of people there. There were coins everywhere.

it 作为“虚主语”表示时间、距离、天气等概念时，不能用 there be 结构^{（因为不能还原为 be there）}。

It’s fifteen miles to the station.
It is a fine day today.
It's very pleasant.
