At 6:00 pm, they are playing in the garden. At night, Mr. Sawyer is not reading his newspaper. Instead, he is reading an interesting book. What a regular but different day!

一般现在时（Simple Present) 描述习惯的状态、经常的动作和普遍真理。
主语 + is\am\are + 非动词、主语 + 动词 常与时间状语词组一起使用，如 every…always, usually, often, sometimes… 等。
- I usually have lunch at 12:00. 我通常 12 点吃饭。
- He usually draws at 7:00. 他通常 7 点画画。
- It's nice day today. 今天是个好天气。
现在进行时（Present Continuous） 表示此时此刻正在进行的动作或者持续一段时间的动作。
主语 + is\am\are + doing 常与表示具体时间的状语词组一起使用，如 now, at the moment… 等。
- But I am having lunch now. 但今天都这会了我才吃呢！
- But he is drawing at the moment. 但他现在在画呢。
